In this section, we discuss the Inputs required for Product Resources to properly setup and build your product.

This covers the information necessary to describe the various components of your product, how those components are organized on a Bill of Materials. We also describe the necessary information for an Assembly Drawing or Procedure and a Test Procedure, and we discuss the need for scheduling of the product so that we can be sure we have the proper materials, equipment, and personnel available at the right time. 

The section also covers the Outputs of Manufacturing, including somewhat obviously the Product, but also how that product is packaged for shipment and the documentation and records that are needed for quality and to maintain traceability.
