Product Resources has a significant investment in our Quality Management Systems (QMS) and organization. Some of these business processes are not directly related to “building” the product but are equally important. 

In this section, we cover Order Management – how we align our product process to hit your schedule, and the best practices to give flexibility while maintaining the production flow. We also cover Supply Chain Management and Sustaining Engineering – both critical to maintaining material flow. 

Our Document Control process is designed to eliminate the paper shuffling in favor of electronic records to ensure accuracy while eliminating delays. All of this is under our QMS, which utilizes a database application to keep all the information current and available for our management team.

It is here where Product Resources is different from a typical contract manufacturer.  We have the controls in place, but we maintain our flexibility and efficiency.
